Chocolate chip macaroons

Ingredients:
  • [3 cups] Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • [5oz] Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • [½ Cup] Mini Chocolate Chips
  • [1 tsp] Vanilla Extract

Preparation:
  1. In mixer, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix with paddle attachment for 1-2 minutes until well incorporated.
  3. Scoop with small metal ice cream scooper onto a parchment lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until light golden brown.

Notes: Do not bake too long or coconut will burn very quickly. Let cool at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
