German Butterball Potatoes

Ingredients:
[3lb] German butterball potatoes
[4] cloves of garlic
[3] medium shallots
[2 cups] creme fraiche
[1] stick of butter
[1 1/2 cups] cream

Preparation:
  1. Add garlic, shallots and potatoes to salted water. 
  2. Cook until potatoes are fork-tender.
  3. Strain the water and add creme fraiche, butter and cream.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
