Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
[3 cups] water
[1 cup] dried mixed mushrooms
[2 cups] vegetable or meat/vegetable broth
[2 tbsp] sour cream
[1 tbsp] flour
[2 tsp] salt

Preparation:
1. In a pot, boil water with salt and mushrooms.

2. Once the mushroom broth is ready, use colander to separate broth from mushrooms. Do not discard the broth - collect it in a separate dish. During the process, make sure that any sand from the mushrooms stays on the bottom of the pot.

3. Dice the mushrooms.

4. In a pot, mix the mushroom broth with vegetable/meat broth.

5. In a separate small pot, mix about half a cup of your broth with flour and sour cream. Make sure broth isn't too hot before mixing in sour cream.

6. Add the broth/sour cream/flour mix. Stir it in.

7. Add mushrooms.

8. Cook on low-medium heat until the soup thickens a bit.
