Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
[3 cups] dry pasta
[2 tbsp] butter
[1 tbsp] flour
[1 cup] milk
[1 tsp] salt + pepper
[2 1/2 cups] cheese (shredded)

Preparation:
Ideal size cheese block measurements: 2" high, 2" wide, 1" long

1. Cook pasta

2. In a pan, melt butter and add flour.

3. When flour starts simmering/bubbling, add milk

4. Be careful not to overcook the milk. Keep the heat fairly low.

5. When the mix starts to thicken, stir in cheese.

6. When cheese melts, mix in pasta.

7. Move to a baking container, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the top and bake for 20min in 375 F
