- [5] egg yolks
- [250g] flour
- [1 tbsp] lemon juice
- [2 tsp] sour cream or creme fraiche
- [1 tsp] sugar
- [as needed] vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients
- Kneed to make a dough
- Use pasta machine or roll the dough until it's thin and springy (doesn't tear easily)
- Cut into small rectangular strips (0.5" x 1.5")
- Fry until golden
- Drain and sprinkle with powdered cugar
