- [1/2 cup] unsalted butter
- [4 oz] cream cheese
- [1/4 tsp] salt
- [1 tbsp] confectioners' sugar
- [1 1/2 cup] all-purpose flour
- Combine butter, cream cheese and salt.
- Add sugar and 1/2 cup of flour. Blend until incorporated.
- Add another 1/2 cup of flour and blend until incorporated.
- Add remaining flour and blend until incorporated.
- Divide though into 4 balls, flatten them and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigirate until firm (1.5 hours)
Great for popovers.
